Checked in online with associate to account for drive time. Arrived as on deck. 20 minutes later now I'm supposed to wait another 22 minutes according to wait board. What is point of online check in?! I did not get my hai cut as I'm very busy and did not have time to wait. Very disappointed for sure.

Your on line check in system is constantly having issues allowing us to check in from mobile devices. With 2 small children checking in in person and sitting and waiting for an hour or more is not going to happen. People should be able to call and make an appointment like you can for any other service in the industry that your business is in however when i have called in the past I was told that it is not an option. I feel this is a poor customer service practice that the owners should address and fix. The stylist always do a great job and are very friendly however not being able to check in on line properly will and no other way beyond going in person to check in and wait over an hour is not acceptable and is the reason i have started taking my 2 boys who get cuts every month anyplace but here.
